A real workshop, real process
The four stages below were photographed at our partner factory — where frames, panels and doors are made. We handle assembly, stock and installation crews in Vietnam.

Inside the workshop: cutting, welding, stacking panels
Filmed at the partner factory, unstaged: steel is cut to drawing, the frame is welded, then panels are stacked and sealed before assembly.

Cutting and welding
Q235 square tube is cut to drawing and welded into top and bottom frames and 160 × 160 mm corner posts.
Coating and curing
Components hang on the coating line, are sprayed evenly and cured before assembly.
Corner assemblies
Corner assemblies are batch-machined, wrapped and palleted — one set per module.
Material and sub-assembly stock
Galvanised tube and panels are stocked by specification, covering the orders in production.
CERTIFICATION
Certificates and what they cover
Panels and container units are produced by our partner factory. The three documents below are originals, open to verify the certificate numbers.
