Does a container house include a bathroom? Check the agreed fit-out
Distinguish sanitary requirements within a container layout from a separate prefab toilet. Confirm equipment, location and supply scope for a project in northern Vietnam.
Do not infer the fit-out from a name or photograph
Do not assume that every container house comes with the same sanitary fit-out. Check the specification of the layout being quoted. Dong Phuong Lien Kien lists sanitary fittings as an option group and prefab toilets as a separate product line. Those listings do not establish which items are included in your particular order.
Separate in-building needs from a separate toilet area
Are you discussing a sanitary area within the proposed building layout, or a separate prefab toilet for the site? State that preference at the start and attach a sketch if available. Each request needs a project-specific review. Specifications or images of a separate toilet do not establish the fit-out of a flat-pack building.
List each fitting you want to discuss
The listed sanitary option group includes a WC, shower and water heater. Record other requirements separately for review instead of assuming they are covered. For each item, clarify the expected quantity, who supplies it, any selected model and unresolved questions. A requirement on your list does not mean that the item is included or confirmed suitable.
Provide use and site context
For a site, explain which areas will use the facilities, the expected users and whether they will be shared. For a personal residential enquiry, describe the preferred arrangement for individual review. Share known information about the proposed location, water, electricity and drainage points; mark unknowns for inspection. These inputs do not replace design, technical checks or confirmation of the building’s intended use.
Match the drawing to the quoted scope
Before confirming, ask for the supplied fittings, proposed locations and each party’s responsibilities to be identified. Clarify any requested connection to site infrastructure separately. When fittings or layouts change, compare the drawing and specification at the same revision. A quote naming product, transport and installation does not establish that every extra task or material is included.
Can a photograph confirm the complete sanitary package?
A photograph can help discuss layout or preferred finish. It cannot establish concealed items, connection scope, equipment models or the order’s supply list. Use it alongside the agreed drawing and specification; resolve differences between documents before treating them as a single agreed layout.
A short enquiry you can send
You can write: “Location in northern Vietnam …; intended use …; sanitary area within the proposed building layout or a separate unit …; expected users …; requested fittings and supplier …; attached photos or sketch …; known site infrastructure …; open questions …”. Browse the flat-pack product range and use the quote request section. Mark uncertain items for confirmation instead of inventing specifications.
