What happens after an order is confirmed: site confirmation, transport, lifting, installation and handover checks.
Confirm the site before transport
We review access, turning radius, the clear space for lifting, ground load capacity and the power supply. This determines the right transport method and avoids problems once the goods arrive on site.
Transport and lifting
Flat-pack units can be transported flat and assembled on site, which suits restricted access. Leave room for the crane to operate and set aside a material staging area during installation.
Installation and handover checks
The main steps are assembling the steel frame, installing wall and roof panels, fitting doors and windows, and connecting power and water. At handover, both sides check the work against the agreed drawings and contract.
