Choosing size and combination: flat-pack container and living container house

The standard unit dimensions, the common ways to combine units, and what to check on site before fixing a plan.

Base unit dimensions

The flat-pack unit measures 5950 × 3000 × 2800 mm externally and 5750 × 2800 × 2500 mm internally, with a Q235 galvanised steel structure and a 50 mm rock-wool sandwich panel. Units are transported flat and assembled on site.

Three common ways to combine

A single unit works for an office, a toilet or a retail container; stacking units creates a living container house and saves ground area; extending the length or widening the unit serves larger spaces.

Check the site before deciding

Confirm the access width and turning radius, the clear height available for lifting, the load capacity of the ground, and the power supply. Where access is restricted, flat transport with on-site assembly is usually the better option.
